Decision-making app for the management of patients with acute kidney injury
Winner of the “Best Healthcare App” at Building Better Healthcare Awards 2016
The AKI Care app has been developed by the Greater Manchester, Lancashire and South Cumbria Strategic Clinical Network to improve AKI Care.
The app provides an easy to use AKI calculator and offers clear treatment advice. In addition, it helps clinicians identify and treat the emergency complications of AKI and provides direct links to regional referral services.
