You can do that with the IBM Stakeholder Manager App. Stakeholder Manager interactions can be performed even when you’re offline and are synced to your application once a connection becomes available.
Please note: you need a valid user account for IBM Stakeholder Manager (v10.9 or above) to make use of this app. An initial connection is needed to synchronize the necessary profiles from Stakeholder Manager.
