TC Public Procurement Authority
The Public Procurement Authority (Authority) was commissioned by the Electronic Public Procurement Platform (EKAP) in 01/09/2010 within the scope of the implementation of the electronic tender and is used by the companies following the tenders of all public institutions (administrations) and public procurement institutions (tenderers) who are purchased within the scope of Public Procurement Law No. 4734. In order for users to access information more easily, the Public Procurement Authority has launched the mobile EKAP ( M-EKAP ) application free of charge.
