The Federation of Individual Fishermen's Committees from Lake Edouard "Fopcopeile" is a non-governmental development organization created on February 12, 2012 in the Vitshumbi fishery, Kanyabayonga group, Ratshuru territory, North Kivu province, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The female is a platform of non-governmental organizations which militates for the protection of the fishery resources of Lake Edouard (from production to consumer) distributed in 03 territories of the North Kivu province: (Ratshuru, Lubero and Beni), the three cities (Beni, Butembo, Goma) and other large residents of the Virunga National Park (Ishasha, Kiwanja, ribbar, lubiriha,…).
