Use the Unit4 Tasks app to:

- Stay organized with real-time sync of tasks

- Approve, forward or reject tasks along with other user defined actions

- Ensure passcode protection

- GL analysis edit for invoices is now possible: account, custom fields 1-7, tax system can now be edited, validated, and saved

- Search available values for each field

- Update fields and values based on current selection

- Save changes when the task is processed

What's New in the Latest Version 25.1.0

Last updated on Mar 31, 2025 - When a transaction was forwarded, the user ID on the transaction was not updated to the user who forwarded the task. We have fixed this issue.
- We have updated the deeplink predefined text.
- The deeplink URL was not automatically copied correctly and required adjustments from the user. We have fixed this issue.
- The task supplier invoice could not be approved if "forward" was included in the action of the task. We have fixed this issue.
