The Unity Media "Emergency" app Helps with Problems with the Internet
The "immediate help" app from Unitymedia helps to identify and resolve possible problems of your Unitymedia modem or router - simply and step by step. The best thing about it: without providing technical understanding, detailed instructions within the app enables you to remedy connection difficulties independently, so that you can get back to the Internet / WLAN as soon as possible.
