virtDroid is Virtual Machine Controller tool for Android operating systems to allow your Android device to connect to php-virt-control instance over the XML-RPC. This is useful for e.g. starting and/or stopping your virtual machines even when you're not having access to the computer but you have the public IP address of the server node and you have access to any WiFi network or you can use 3G connection.

Also, the API key should be really long so if you want have qrencode library PHP bindings installed on your php-virt-control instance the QR code is being generated for you and if you open the code in the browser it's automatically accepted as source to set both XML-RPC URL and API key.
