BOOKINGS:
It is very easy to book trips through our app. Bookings will redirected to our nearby driver. Thus the customer will receive immediate response about assigned driver details with car model, number and distance far away from customer. Customer can able to choose his desired car and he can also able to choose more cars for single trip. Once customer booked his trip then he can able to view his upcoming rides. Customer can make multi-bookings trips which will also stored in upcoming rides. Customer can view his current ride through our app as real time tracking. Customer can also cancel his booking before 2 hrs of the trip which customer will not be charged for cancellation.
PICKUP & DROP OFF:
Quick GPS service helps to find customer's exact location. Customer also navigates through MAPS to select his pickup and drop off location. Driver arrangement will be done based on Customer Pickup date and time. Customer will be messaged to acknowledge that driver is on the way to pick up. Once driver reached customer location. He will be messaged that driver arrived at your location. Once customer get into the vehicle then driver will start the Ride. During this ride Customer can view his real time ride details in our app. Both Driver as well as customer can see the speed, duration and km displaced during current ride. Driver will end the ride once he reached the destination place safely.
ZAHLUNG:
Customer will sit back and relax during trip. Customer will be informed about estimated fare details during booking. Then actual trip amount will be debited from customer credit card after ending the drive and its details will be acknowledged to customer. This payment transaction will be kept secured. This payment history will be available in customer app for his reference.
ANMELDUNG:
Customer need to login for making bookings and validated through SMS for security purposes. Customer need to validate his mobile number at the time of registration. Customer should fill the registration fields which will be verified by email authentication method. We are keeping the data high secured. Once registration process is completed then customer can able to login in the app and confirm the bookings.
TRIP REPORTS:
Der Kunde kann den Trip -Report -History in seiner App sehen, der Abholort, Drop -Standort, Fahrerdetails, Sitzungsdauer und Zahlungsdetails usw. enthält. Der Fahrer kann auch den Trip -Report -History in seiner App sehen, der Abholort, Ablagerungsort, Sitzungsdauer und Provisionsbetrag enthält, die gegen jede Reise eingegangen sind.
